I am a loyal customer of Frey Auto for many, many years. I have also purchased 2 vehicles from their used car lot as well and use them EXCLUSIVELY for all my car repairs. I love this company because they are CONSISTENTLY trustworthy, honest, and knowledgeable. I know when I take my car to Frey they will treat me fairness and honesty. JJ and his service writers Nick and Scott are up-to-date on the latest technology and are not "trying to sell me something I don't need." The service writers explain needed repairs clearly and advise me with knowledgeable explanations that I totally trust. The staff is always extremely friendly, polite and professional. If my car needs to be evaluated over a period of time, Frey offers loaner cars! ! ! These guys are truly THE BOMB. I would and have recommended them to everyone ! ! !
My expectations were exceeded by my super easy used car buying experience. I happened to walk in at closing time and JJ was still there. He helped me and I purchased a car that day. I spotted my car online about a month earlier. It was still there when I went to Frey so I bought it.

Great place to buy a car or gets yours repaired. Have loaners for when yours is being repaired friendly staff and will show you what's wrong with your car before they fix it so you know your getting it fixed right the first time.

We were shopping to replace the traumatic loss of my daughter's car due to another driver failing to yield the right of way. My daughter was VERY attached to her first vehicle. During an extensive (internet, phone, and in-person inspection) search of the surrounding six counties, we had narrowed our acceptable choices to four vehicles. The vehicle we eventually chose was located at Frey Autos which is located about 40 miles from our house. Beside the fact that we had found a wonderful vehicle, there were other reasons for choosing to make our purchase at this location. First, Mike (the sales manager) spoke to me like a real person - no high pressure sales, understanding of our plight, and the ability to work with the challenges that we faced. Mike made wonderful suggestions that eventually enabled my very choosy daughter to make her purchase. Mike also mentioned that he could help in the search for a suitable car for my son when he is ready to purchase. She now has a "new" car that we expect to take her thru her four years of college, and potentially beyond. Thank you Frey Auto, and Mike, for being in the right place at the right time for our family!
